Do you only have Spit Roasts?

No, we cater to all occasions. Carvery, banquets, casual buffets, formal weddings, and barbeques. Just call us to work out a suitable menu for your function.

 

What about accompaniments?

We have a full and delectable range of entrées, mains and desserts. Meats, chicken, seafoods, salads, hot vegetables, and lovely bread rolls. The choice is all yours.

 

What do you provide?

Spitfire will supply all food which can be prepared on or away from the venue, we supply our own serving tables and table cloths, crockery or plastic plates, stainless steel or plastic cutlery, serviettes and the staff to serve your food. All food is served buffet style. If you require tables, table cloths and seating for your guests, we can point you in the right direction. Any hireage will be charged back to the function host / organiser, any breakages are the responsibility of the host / organiser.

 

Will there be enough food?

There is always plenty! Our policy is to make sure that there is enough food for the biggest eaters. We make sure we provide enough for your guests to come back for second helpings. We don't want you to be embarrassed by running out of food on your big day.

 

What about left over food?

Invariably there is leftover food at our functions. We will leave it behind on request and on condition that the food be refrigerated as soon as possible for health purposes.

 

Do children pay full price?

We charge for children after minimum of 40 adults, under 5 years old are free, children between 5 and 11 years old are half the price on the main course, full price on desserts.

 

What size function do you cater for?

For full service, our menus begin with pricing for 40 adults minimum or but we always try to be flexible and cater for smaller groups in which case the price will increase. No matter how many guests you have for your function we will try to offer a solution.

 

How do we pay?

We require a non refundable deposit of $300 upon confirmation. The remaining amount is to be paid just prior to or on the date of the function, we can email an invoice or bring one in on the day for the function organiser. Payment can be made by direct credit, cheque or cash.

 

Do we need advance bookings?

We operate on a first in first serve basis, but we try to be as flexible as possible.
