Main Course
- Roast Lamb marinated in rosemary and mint
- Roast chicken coated in a variety of seasonings
- Succulent Roast pork with crackling
- Roast beef marinated in Chinese honey and rolled in cracked peppers
- Glazed ham on the bone
(Choose any three meats)
- Gourmet potatoes covered with parsley butter
- Roast pumpkin seasoned with spices
- Roast kumara baked in runny honey
- Broccoli and cauliflower in white cheese sauce
- Garden peas and baby carrots
- Variety of fresh bread rolls with butter cubes
- Gravy, mint sauce and mild mustard
Dessert
- Christmas pudding with brandy custard sauce
- Chunky Fruit salad
- Whipped cream
