Full menu at $48 per head - minimum 40 adults

Main Course

• Roast Lamb marinated in rosemary and mint
• Roast chicken coated in a variety of seasonings
• Succulent Roast pork with crackling
• Roast beef marinated in Chinese honey and rolled in cracked peppers
• Glazed ham on the bone

(Choose any three meats)

• Gourmet potatoes covered with parsley butter
• Roast pumpkin seasoned with spices
• Roast kumara baked in runny honey
• Broccoli and cauliflower in white cheese sauce
• Garden peas and baby carrots
  
  
• Variety of fresh bread rolls with butter cubes
• Gravy, mint sauce and mild mustard

Dessert

• Christmas pudding with brandy custard sauce
• Chunky Fruit salad
• Whipped cream
