The difference is "plain old fashioned know how", experience and a desire to exceed our customers' expectations. Jeff Price holds a Diploma in Meat Technology and Meat science from Massey University he has over 30 years experience in the meat industry and holds a Gold Food Hygiene card.
All food is cooked to perfection in uniquely designed spit roast ovens, which can accommodate a range of cooking uses. This method of cooking can be taken anywhere, from an inner city venue to a field in the country, your guests can enjoy great food at any location.
We could tell you about our fabulous spit roast pork, delectably seasoned roast meats, poultry and glazed honey cured hams, not to mention our imaginative home made salads, freshly cooked vegetables and condiments; but you should really experience it.
